In this important role, the customer service provider gives each customer personalized, friendly service to ensure that our customers feel valued doing business with Doody Master.
Job Description
A Customer Service Provider handles all aspects of removing/cleaning dog waste in customer yards including the following:
- Drive a company vehicle to the customer location.
- Walk the customer's yard (may be up to 2 acres) and remove all dog waste.
- Responsible for disinfecting all equipment including shoes after each customer.
- Customer interaction with regards to the service in a professional manner.
- Load vehicles with sprayers and equipment (must be able to lift 30 lbs).
- Keep track and log all mileage.
